Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at the Pension Office. Regular meetings are scheduled for 2:00 PM.
Once each calendar quarter, the Trustees hear investment performance results and market outlook reports. Quarterly meetings are held in February, May, August and November and begin promptly at 1:00 PM.
Any person who decides to appeal any decision of this committee with respect to any matter considered at a meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Meetings may be conducted by means of or in conjunction with communications media technology, specifically a telephone conference call. The above location, which is ordinarily open to the public, shall serve as an access point. Persons wishing to attend should appear at the access point, where telephonic access to the meeting will be provided.
